4. How do you control the quality?
Each single product will be strictly inspected by the multi-stage quality control procedure, starting from mold injection housing quality control to aluminum casting parts quality control. 90% of key parts and components, that are made in our workshops, are our guarantee for keeping stable quality standards. The most important part-motor- is 100% made by CYC factory. We invested for our own test lab which is one of the best in China.
5. Can I get sample for testing?
We have to charge both samples and freight cost, and when you place orders, we'll refund your sample cost.
6. What is MOQ ( minimal order quantity)?
CYC is our OEM brand. We do customer's logo, package, color. MOQ is 500-600 pcs for each item. You can order less than 500-600 pcs for the first order, but unit price will be a little higher.
Pigeon is our professional brand. MOQ is 100 pcs for each item. And we can accept mixture of models.
XSI is our semi-professional brand. MOQ can be more than 1 pc.
For massage gun MOQ can be 1 pc, but also we can do OEM with MOQ 1000 pcs.
